Standard pallet configurations vary by cylinder size: 30lb cylinders (40-48 units per pallet), 50lb cylinders (24-32 units per pallet), and 125lb cylinders (8-12 units per pallet). All pallets are professionally wrapped and secured for safe transport with proper hazmat documentation.

Do you provide volume pricing for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer competitive volume pricing for full pallet orders with additional discounts for multi-pallet purchases. Our pricing structure includes quantity breaks at 2, 5, and 10+ pallets. Contact our sales team for custom pricing on large volume orders and long-term supply contracts.

What shipping and logistics options are available?

We offer nationwide LTL and FTL shipping with specialized hazmat carriers. Delivery options include standard ground freight (5-7 business days), expedited service (2-3 business days), and white glove delivery with liftgate service. All shipments include GPS tracking and real-time delivery notifications.

What quality certifications and documentation do you provide?

Every pallet includes complete documentation: Certificate of Analysis (COA), batch tracking numbers, manufacturer warranties, MSDS sheets, and EPA compliance certificates. All refrigerants meet AHRI-700 purity standards and come with full chain-of-custody documentation for regulatory compliance.

What is your return and exchange policy for pallet orders?

Due to EPA regulations, we accept returns only for unopened, undamaged cylinders within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours with photo documentation. We provide full replacement or credit for verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Do you offer cylinder exchange or reclamation services?

Yes, we provide comprehensive cylinder exchange programs and EPA-certified reclamation services. Our exchange program offers credit for returned cylinders in good condition. We also offer on-site cylinder pickup for large quantities and refrigerant reclamation with proper disposal certificates.

What payment terms and financing options are available?

We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire payments. Qualified commercial customers can apply for net terms (NET 15/30/45). We also offer equipment financing and seasonal payment plans for contractors and service companies with approved credit applications.
